Common use of Right to Discuss Grievance Clause in Contracts

Right to Discuss Grievance. Nothing contained herein will be construed as limiting the right of any employee having a grievance, to discuss the matter informally with any supervisory or administrative personnel and having the grievance adjusted without intervention of the Union, provided the Union is given the opportunity to be present at such adjustment.
