Right to Modify Service. Licensor retains the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, alter or enhance the operation and functionality of the Service or the Hosting Environment without prior notice to you. You are responsible for maintaining back-up copies of all User Content and Licensor hereby disclaims all liability for loss, destruction, or deletion of your User Content.

Right to Modify Service. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Customer and Provider and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral. Provider may amend Service at any time. Provider reserves the right to change terms, policies, interfaces, pricing, mechanisms, software, or any other features of Service at any time.
Right to Modify Service. Strategic Advertising Agency LLC may at any time, without notice or liability, add a Service, change, or eliminate any Service or any content or feature of the Services, or restrict the use of any portion of the Services. The customer’s only right and remedy with respect to any dissatisfaction with any service-related change or elimination is to cease use of the Services.

  • Right to Modify BNYM may alter, modify or change the Licensed System or any component, code, language, function, format, design, architecture, security measure or other element of whatsoever nature of the Licensed System and implement such alterations, modifications and changes into the Documentation and/or the Licensed System as Updates or Upgrades applicable to Company's continued use of the Licensed System after such implementation; provided, however, at no time shall this section be interpreted in such a manner as to allow BNYM by such alterations, modifications or changes to alter the License granted by Section 2.1 or modify any other service obligation of BNYM under this Agreement.

  • City’s Right to Terminate for Convenience City may, at its sole option and for its convenience, terminate all or any portion of this Contract by giving thirty (30) days’ written notice of such termination to Contractor. The termination of the Contract shall be effective upon receipt of the notice by Contractor. After termination of all or any portion of the Contract, Contractor shall: (1) immediately discontinue all affected performance (unless the notice directs otherwise); and (2) complete any and all additional work necessary for the orderly filing of documents and closing of Contractor's affected performance under the Contract. After filing of documents and completion of performance, Contractor shall deliver to City all data, drawings, specifications, reports, estimates, summaries, and such other information and materials created or received by Contractor in performing this Contract, whether completed or in process. By accepting payment for completion, filing, and delivering documents as called for in this section, Contractor discharges City of all of City’s payment obligations and liabilities under this Contract with regard to the affected performance.

  • Right to Refuse Unsafe Work Employees have the right to refuse to perform unsafe work pursuant to the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations of the Workers Compensation Act.
