Right to rectify Sample Clauses
Right to rectify. The Council may at the Lessee’s cost do anything which the Lessee should have done under this lease but which the Lessee has not done or which the Council reasonably considers the Lessee has not done properly.

The Client hereby authorises NCB Capital to rectify at any time NCB Capital deems appropriate any and all deposits that NCB Capital determines in its absolute discretion have been made to the Account in error, including by making debit entries and adjustments to any credit entries made to the Account in error.

10.3.2 Prior to undertaking any works as permitted by clause 10.3.1, the Council must first provide the Lessee with a notice of defects or works required to be undertaken by the Lessee, which notice must provide a reasonable period for the Lessee to rectify the defects or undertake the required works.
10.3.3 The Lessee will not make any claim or commence or maintain any suit or action against the Council for breach of the covenant contained in clause
10.1 or otherwise in consequence of such entry or in execution of any of the works contemplated by this clause 10.3.
