Handover of possession. ‌ Before this lease comes to an end, the Lessee must: 15.2.1 remove all of the Lessee's Equipment and repair any damage caused by such removal; 15.2.2 remove and reinstate any alterations or additions made to the Leased Premises by the Lessee; and 15.2.3 complete any repairs which the Lessee is obliged to carry out under this lease.

Handover of possession. 14.2.1 Before this Lease ends, the Lessee will (if required to do so by the Council in writing) to Council’s reasonable satisfaction: 14.2.1.1 no later than one (1) month before this Lease comes to an end, provide the Council with a written summary of all alterations, additions (including any Improvements) made to the Leased Premises by the Lessee; 14.2.1.2 remove all of the Lessee’s Equipment from the Leased Premises and repair any damage caused by such removal; 14.2.1.3 complete any repairs which the Lessee is obliged to carry out under this Lease (if applicable); and 14.2.1.4 terminate all Services. 14.2.2 Subject to clause 14.2.3, if the Council and the Lessee agree by deed made in writing and executed by each party, the Lessee must remove the Improvements and any other alterations and additions made by the Lessee to the Leased Area and reinstate the Leased Premises to unimproved Park Lands setting (free of all built form and Improvements). 14.2.3 The Lessee must remove the Improvements and any other alterations and additions made by the Lessee and reinstate the Leased Premises to unimproved Park Lands setting (free of all built form and the Improvements) if this Lease is terminated under clause 12. 14.2.4 If it is not practical for the Lessee to undertake and complete these requirements before the Lease comes to an end, then such works must be undertaken immediately after the Lease comes to an end, but in accordance with the reasonable requirements of the Council. 14.2.5 If at the time that possession of the Leased Premises is given back to the Council, the Lessee has not complied with all or any of its obligations under this clause 14.2, the Lessee shall not be relieved of its obligation to comply with these requirements, or to compensate the Council for failure to do so, by reason of the fact that the Council has accepted or taken possession of the Leased Premises.

Handover of possession. 13.2.1 Before this Lease comes to an end, the Lessee will: (a) remove all of the Lessee's Equipment and repair any damage caused by such removal; (b) if required by the Council, remove any Improvements and reinstate, to the Council’s satisfaction, the Premises to the condition it was immediately prior to the Lessee having commenced occupation; and (c) carry out and complete any repairs and maintenance which the Lessee is obliged to carry out under this Lease, such that the Premises and Improvements (if applicable) are handed over to the Council in good order and repair and working condition. 13.2.2 If it is not practical for the Lessee to undertake and complete these requirements before the Lease comes to an end, then the Lessee must undertake such works immediately after the Lease comes to an end in accordance with any reasonable requirements of the Council relating to security, access and time for completion. 13.2.3 When this Lease comes to an end the Lessee will: (a) hand over vacant possession of the Premises in good repair and condition; and (b) hand over to the Council all keys and other security devices for the Premises which the Lessee has in its possession or control. 13.2.4 If at the time that possession of the Premises is given back to the Council, the Lessee has not complied with all or any of its obligations under this clause 13.2, the Lessee will not be relieved of its obligation to comply with those requirements, or to compensate the Council for failure to do so, by reason of the fact that the Council has accepted or taken possession of the Premises.

Handover of possession. Subject to the terms of this CONCESSION AGREEMENT, the Licensing Authority shall handover the possession of the Land earmarked for the Hotel within 30 (thirty) days from the Execution Date and the Concessionaire shall accept such possession with immediate effect along with the execution and delivery of a possession letter by the Parties (“Possession Letter”).

Handover of possession. 17.2.1 Before this Lease comes to an end, the Lessee will: 17.2.1.1 remove all of the Lessee's Equipment and Improvements and repair any damage caused by such removal; and 17.2.1.2 no later than one (1) month before this Lease comes to an end, provide the Council with a written summary of all alterations and additions made to the Premises by the Lessee, whether those alterations and additions were authorised by the Council or not; and 17.2.1.3 reinstate and repair the Premises to its orginal condition as open public reserve. 17.2.1.4 If it is not practical for the Lessee to undertake and complete these requirements before this lease comes to an end, then such works must be undertaken immediately after this lease comes to an end, but in accordance with the requirements of the Council relating to security, access and time for completion.
