Handover of possession. 14.2.1 Before this Lease ends, the Lessee will (if required to do so by the Council in writing) to Council’s reasonable satisfaction:
14.2.1.1 no later than one (1) month before this Lease comes to an end, provide the Council with a written summary of all alterations, additions (including any Improvements) made to the Leased Premises by the Lessee;
14.2.1.2 remove all of the Lessee’s Equipment from the Leased Premises and repair any damage caused by such removal;
14.2.1.3 complete any repairs which the Lessee is obliged to carry out under this Lease (if applicable); and
14.2.1.4 terminate all Services.
14.2.2 Subject to clause 14.2.3, if the Council and the Lessee agree by deed made in writing and executed by each party, the Lessee must remove the Improvements and any other alterations and additions made by the Lessee to the Leased Area and reinstate the Leased Premises to unimproved Park Lands setting (free of all built form and Improvements).
14.2.3 The Lessee must remove the Improvements and any other alterations and additions made by the Lessee and reinstate the Leased Premises to unimproved Park Lands setting (free of all built form and the Improvements) if this Lease is terminated under clause 12.
14.2.4 If it is not practical for the Lessee to undertake and complete these requirements before the Lease comes to an end, then such works must be undertaken immediately after the Lease comes to an end, but in accordance with the reasonable requirements of the Council.
14.2.5 If at the time that possession of the Leased Premises is given back to the Council, the Lessee has not complied with all or any of its obligations under this clause 14.2, the Lessee shall not be relieved of its obligation to comply with these requirements, or to compensate the Council for failure to do so, by reason of the fact that the Council has accepted or taken possession of the Leased Premises.
Handover of possession. Before this lease comes to an end, the Lessee must:
13.2.1 remove all of the Lessee's Equipment and repair any damage caused by such removal;
13.2.2 unless otherwise directed, remove and reinstate any alterations or additions made to the Premises by the Lessee;
13.2.3 paint the Premises as required under clause 8.4.2; and
13.2.4 complete any repairs which the Lessee is obliged to carry out under this lease.
Handover of possession. Before this lease comes to an end, the Lessee must (if required to do so by the Council):
17.2.1 remove all of the Lessee's Equipment and repair any damage caused by such removal;
17.2.2 no later than one (1) month before this lease comes to an end, provide the Council with a written summary of all alterations and additions the Lessee made to the Premises, whether those alterations and additions were authorised by the Council or not;
17.2.3 remove and reinstate any alterations or additions made to the Premises by the Lessee unless otherwise specified by the Council;
17.2.4 refurbish the Premises as required under clause 8.3; and
17.2.5 complete any repairs which the Lessee is obliged to carry out under this lease.
Handover of possession. Subject to the terms of this Lease Deed, the Lessor shall handover the possession of the Hotel Plot within 30 (thirty) days from the Execution Date and the Lessee shall accept such possession with immediate effect along with the execution and delivery of a possession letter by the Parties (“Possession Letter”).
Handover of possession. 12.2.1 Before this Agreement comes to an end, the Lessee will:
12.2.1.1 remove all of the Lessee's Equipment and repair any damage caused by such removal;
12.2.1.2 no later than one (1) month before this Agreement comes to an end, provide the Council with a written summary of all alterations and additions made to the Premises by the Lessee, whether those alterations and additions were authorised by the Council or not;
12.2.1.3 if required by the Council, remove and reinstate any alterations or additions made to the Premises by the Lessee;
12.2.1.4 complete any repairs which the Lessee is obliged to carry out under this Agreement.
Handover of possession. 12.2.1 Before this Lease comes to an end, the Lessee will:
(a) remove all of the Lessee's Equipment and repair any damage caused by such removal;
(b) if required by the Council, remove any Improvements and reinstate, to the Council’s satisfaction, the Premises to the condition it was immediately prior to the Lessee having commenced occupation; and
(c) carry out and complete any repairs and maintenance which the Lessee is obliged to carry out under this Lease, such that the Premises and Improvements (if applicable) are handed over to the Council in good order and repair and working condition.
12.2.2 When this Lease comes to an end the Lessee will:
(a) hand over vacant possession of the Premises in good repair and condition; and
(b) hand over to the Council all keys and other security devices for the Premises which the Lessee has in its possession or control.
12.2.3 If at the time that possession of the Premises is given back to the Council, the Lessee has not complied with all or any of its obligations under this clause 12.2, the Lessee will not be relieved of its obligation to comply with those requirements, or to compensate the Council for failure to do so, by reason of the fact that the Council has accepted or taken possession of the Premises.
Handover of possession. 13.2.1 Before this Lease ends, the Lessee will (if required to do so by the Council) to Council’s satisfaction:
13.2.1.1 remove and reinstate any alterations or additions made by the Lessee and remove the Lessee’s Equipment;
13.2.1.2 carry out and complete any repairs and maintenance that the Lessee is obliged to carry out under this Lease; and
13.2.1.3 terminate all Services.

15.2.1.1 remove all of the Lessee's Equipment and repair any damage caused by such removal, unless the Council has otherwise agreed in writing;
15.2.1.2 remove and reinstate any alterations or additions made to the Premises by the Lessee unless the Council has agreed in writing that such alterations and additions may remain;
15.2.1.3 complete any repairs which the Lessee is obliged to carry out under this lease, unless the Council has otherwise agreed in writing.
Handover of possession. 14.2.1 Before this Lease ends, the Lessee will (unless otherwise agreed in writing):
14.2.1.1 remove the Improvements and repair any damage caused by such removal such that the Leased Area is left in good order and condition;
14.2.1.2 remove and reinstate any alterations or additions made by the Lessee; and
14.2.1.3 carry out and complete any repairs and maintenance that the Lessee is obliged to carry out under this Lease.
14.2.2 If it is not practical for the Lessee to undertake and complete these requirements before the Lease comes to an end, then such works must be taken immediately after the Lease comes to any end, but in accordance with the requirements of the Council relating to security, access and time for completion.
14.2.3 When this Lease comes to an end the Lessee will hand over vacant possession of the Leased Area in accordance with the Council’s requirements for the return of the Leased Area to Park Lands.
14.2.4 If at the time that possession of the Leased Area is given back to the Council, the Lessee has not complied with all or any of its obligations under this clause 14.2, the Lessee shall not be relieved of its obligation to comply with these requirements, or to compensate the Council for failure to do so, by reason of the fact that the Council has accepted or taken possession of the Leased Area.
Handover of possession. The handover of possession of the Assets shall take place on the date of closing.
