RIGHT TO REFUSE PERFORMANCE a. Generally: Without liability to PostWorks New York, PostWorks New York has the right to refuse to provide services with respect to any Element that PostWorks New York, in its sole discretion deems to (i) be unlawful, pornographic or degrading; (ii) tends to incite prejudice or passion; (iii) or have the possibility of subjecting PostWorks New York, its officers, directors, members, employees, agents or affiliates to criminal or civil process or liability of whatever nature. If PostWorks New York determinates that any such risk exists; PostWorks New York shall have the right to stop further work, entirely or in part, and retain possession of Elements until the Customer has paid in full for work performed.
RIGHT TO REFUSE PERFORMANCE. 4.1 Generally: In addition to Company's rights above, Company may, without liability to Customer, refuse to perform any service or provide any goods which Company, in its sole discretion, believes could potentially expose Company to a claim or be found to be in any way unlawful, pornographic, defamatory or degrading, or which Company deems as potentially tending to incite prejudice or passion. If Company determines that any such risk exists, Company shall have the right to stop further work, entirely or in part, and retain possession of all Elements until Customer has paid in full for work performed. Other than the obligation to return the Elements on receipt of payment in full from Customer, Company shall incur no further obligation of any kind to Customer. al photographic or physical condition, or any nitrate material. If any such material is accepted for processing, Company shall not be responsible for resulting defects. Company shall have the right, on notice to Customer, to make additional charges for time and materials used, whether or not a satisfactory Element is produced by Company.

Generally: Without liability to C2G, C2G has the right to refuse to provide services with respect to any Element that C2G, in its sole discretion deems to (i) be unlawful, pornographic or degrading; (ii) tends to incite prejudice or passion; (iii) or have the possibility of subjecting C2G, its officers, directors, members, employees, agents or affiliates to criminal or civil process or liability of whatever nature. If C2G determinates that any such risk exists; C2G shall have the right to stop further work, entirely or in part, and retain possession of Elements until the Lessee has paid in full for work performed.

  • Right to Refuse Work Consistent with M.S. 182.654, Subd. 11, employees have the right to refuse work in certain circumstances as specified in the statute.

  • Right to Reject Notwithstanding Buyer’s rights pursuant to Sec. 8.5 and save other rights pursuant to this Order, Buyer may reject any goods within 2 months from the delivery if they are materially defective and in Buyer’s reasonable assessment do not allow a commercially reasonable use. In that case, no payments for these goods are due.

  • Right to Refuse Dangerous Work An employee shall have the right to refuse to work in situations, which can reasonably be considered dangerous.

  • Right to Refuse to Cross Picket Lines‌ All employees covered by this agreement shall have the right to refuse to cross a picket line arising out of a dispute as defined in the Labour Relations Code of British Columbia. Any employee failing to report for duty shall be considered to be absent without pay. Failure to cross a picket line encountered in carrying out the Employer's business shall not be considered a violation of this agreement nor shall it be grounds for disciplinary action.

  • Right to Request Restrictions You have the right to request restrictions on certain uses and disclosures of protected health information. However, I am not required to agree to a restriction you request.
