Common use of Right to Refuse Service Clause in Contracts

Right to Refuse Service. Company has the right (though, not the obligation) to, in its sole discretion, determine whether or not any content, materials or information posted or transmitted by you using the Site or Client Portal, and the like, is appropriate and complies with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and to refuse or remove any such content, materials or information that, in its reasonable opinion, violates any of terms or conditions of this Agreement, or is any way deemed harmful, inappropriate or objectionable. Company further reserves the right to make edits, revisions or changes to the manner of any content, materials or information posted, transmitted or displayed on the Site or Client Portal, and the like. This excludes content, materials or information posted or transmitted by a Hiring Attorney that is required for a Freelance Attorney or Freelance Paralegal to complete an Assigned Project.
