Common use of Right to Reschedule Clause in Contracts

Right to Reschedule. Tellabs may reschedule the date of the shipment of any Order once without penalty provided that Riverstone receives written notice at least thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled shipment date requesting shipment on a date within ninety (90) days after the original shipment date.
