Right to Respond to Complete Investigative Record. The witness statements and other information forming the basis for possible disciplinary action will be made available to the employee before the conclusion of the investigation. The employee shall have the right, before any disciplinary action is taken, to receive and respond to the witness statements and other information that contributes to the potential decision of the District to take disciplinary action. This right may require another investigative meeting with the employee even if the employee had been interviewed earlier in the investigative process.
