Right to Return to Former Position. (a) A regular Employee who is displaced or laid off from his position under this Agreement shall have the right for a period of two (2) years from the date of the displacement or layoff to return to the position he held immediately prior to the displacement or layoff or to be able to acquire a job through the job posting procedure.
