Right to Use the Product. Social Sentinel hereby provides Client the right to use the Product during the Term in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement. Any use of the Product not expressly authorized in the Agreement is strictly prohibited.

Right to Use the Product. ‌ So long as you obtained the Product from IDYAM or from an authorised Partner through an authorised download from the Microsoft AppSource website, IDYAM grants you a non-exclusive right to use the Product in the manner and for the purposes described in this Agreement, and the Related Materials. The right to use the Product granted to you under this Agreement is conditional upon the timely payment by you of all applicable Product licensing and/or subscription fees.

Right to Use the Product. Codeofduty has agreed to grant to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Product in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and you agree to use the Product subject to such terms and conditions. The non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Product will cease to exist when this Agreement is terminated as per clause 21.2 (Termination) of this Agreement. It is clarified that Codeofduty is not creating any right or interest in the Virtual Numbers in favour of the Customer or its Authorized Users under this Agreement except for the limited purpose of accessing and using the Product.

Related to Right to Use the Product

  • Right to Use City shall not be limited in any way in its use or reuse of the Documents and Data or any part of them at any time for purposes of this Project or another project, provided that any such use not within the purposes intended by this Agreement or on a project other than this Project without employing the services of Consultant shall be at City’s sole risk. If City uses or reuses the Documents & Data on any project other than this Project, it shall remove the Consultant’s seal from the Documents & Data and indemnify and hold harmless Consultant and its officers, directors, agents and employees from claims arising out of the negligent use or re-use of the Documents & Data on such other project. Consultant shall be responsible and liable for its Documents & Data, pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, only with respect to the condition of the Documents & Data at the time they are provided to the City upon completion, suspension, abandonment or termination. Consultant shall not be responsible or liable for any revisions to the Documents & Data made by any party other than Consultant, a party for whom the Consultant is legally responsible or liable, or anyone approved by the Consultant.

  • HHS Right to Use Contractor agrees that HHS has the right to use, produce, and distribute copies of and to disclose to HHS employees, agents, and contractors and other governmental entities all or part of this Contract or any related Solicitation Response as HHS deems necessary to complete the procurement process or comply with state or federal laws.

  • License to Use You are authorized to use the Software on one (1) single computer only. You may not use the Software on any other machines other than the said single computer.

  • Third Party Products 1. Third Party Hardware. We will sell, deliver, and install onsite the Third Party Hardware, if you have purchased any, for the price set forth in the Investment Summary. Those amounts are payable in accordance with our Invoicing and Payment Policy.
