Right to Work. As the University is bound by the Asylum and Immigration Act, it is a requirement that you have the legal right to work in the UK, before the commencement of any work. Please note if your right to work has not been established you will not be able to work for the University, in any capacity. Student / Tier 4 Visa - there are special conditions that apply to individuals on a Student / Tier 4 Visa, it is important that you make yourself aware of them as failure to comply with those conditions may affect your ability to complete your studies.
