Common use of Rights and Activities Clause in Contracts

Rights and Activities. The Employer further agrees to provide new employees with copies of the Agreement and the names of the stewards. A xxxxxxx shall be advised of the date, time and place of orientation sessions for new employees in order that a xxxxxxx shall be given a reasonable opportunity to talk to new employees. Stewards will be advised of the names of the new employees hired. There shall be no deduction of wages and benefits because of time spent by the xxxxxxx during these sessions.
