Rights and Obligations of Purchasers. If, during the Term, you purchase or otherwise acquire a Vehicle with a current TSA, you assume all rights and obligations under the TSA, and you may use the Telematics Services at no additional charge for the remainder of the Term. You may elect to purchase Premium Services which may be subject to additional fees and separate agreement.

Rights and Obligations of Purchasers. For all purposes of the Amended Co-Sale Agreement, effective upon the (i) purchase by any Purchaser of shares of the Company's Series C Preferred Stock at a closing under the Series C Purchase Agreement; (ii) the execution and delivery by such Purchaser of a signature page to this Amendment; (iii) the execution and delivery by the Company of a signature page to this Amendment; and (iv) the satisfaction of the conditions of Section 3 of this Amendment, such Purchaser of shares of Series C Preferred Stock will be a "Purchaser" for all purposes of the Amended Co-Sale Agreement, as amended hereby.
