Rights and Responsibilities of Faculty Employees as Teachers. (a) As the prime role of faculty employees is the pursuit and dissemination of knowledge and understanding through teaching, research and scholarship, they must devote their energies conscientiously to the development of scholarly competence and effectiveness as teachers. (b) It is the responsibility of faculty employees to teach the course content as defined in the current calendar.
