Rights for Registrants. (a) Entitlement for Interview Registrants applying for job postings at institutions who meet the hiring criteria as set by the Selection Committee at the hiring institution will be short-listed and will be interviewed. In the event that more than five (5) qualified registrants apply, the institution shall interview the five (5) most qualified registrants. The application of this language is subject to the provisions of the collective agreement in effect at the receiving institution.
