RIGHTS GUARANTEED. Witnesses may be utilized by either party at any step of the grievance procedure. All documents, communications and records dealing specifically with the process of a grievance will be considered confidential and filed separately from the personnel records. No reprisals of any kind will occur by the District or the Association against any grievant or other educational employee participating in the grievance procedure.
