Rights Not Inconsistent With Agreement. The entire Management of the operation and the direction of the Company's undertaking is vested exclusively in the Company, and the Union shall not in any way interfere with those rights. It is understood that such rights shall not be used or exercised in any way inconsistent with the terms and provisions of this Agreement.
