Rights of Employee to Representation. Any aggrieved employee shall be represented at all stages of the grievance procedure by himself/herself, or at his/her option, accompanied by a representative selected or approved by the Association. When an employee is not represented by the Association, the Association shall have the right to be present, beginning at level two, as an interested party.
