Rights of Employee to Representation. Any aggrieved person may be represented at all steps of the grievance procedure, by himself, or at his option, by a representative selected or approved by the Association. The Association has a requirement to act when the issue is larger and/or affects more than the individual grievant. The Association shall have the right to be present and to state its view at all stages of the grievance procedure.
