Common use of Rights of entry Clause in Contracts

Rights of entry. The Contractor shall use, and shall cause its Subcontractors to use, a reasonable degree of care when entering the Facility, in connection with the Project. Contractor and its Subcontractors shall comply with any and all instructions and requirements for the use of such property. In the case of property owned by any other entity, the Contractor shall separately negotiate and obtain any license or permission to enter upon such property. The Authority agrees to join in any application with the Contractor to any public entities in order to secure such licenses or permission.
