Common use of Rights of Minorities and Individuals Clause in Contracts

Rights of Minorities and Individuals. It is mutually agreed that in the application of the Agreement, neither the Board nor the Association will discriminate in any manner prohibited by law between or among any employees of the Board because of race, religion, sex, age, national origin, marital status, handicap, or being a veteran. The foregoing provisions shall be effective in accordance with the applicable provisions of federal and state law.
