Common use of Rights of the Allottees Clause in Contracts

Rights of the Allottees. i) Clause 1.8 (iv) as stated hereinabove shall be subject to giving prior intimation of 3 (three) days to the Promoter. It being clarified thatthe Promoter including Project staffs shall not be liable for any untoward incident or accident.The Promoter will not entertain any request for modification in the layouts of the Apartment and external facade of the Building(s) and Common Areas including common facilities and amenities.
