Common use of RIGHTS OF THE BOARD OF EDUCATION Clause in Contracts

RIGHTS OF THE BOARD OF EDUCATION. The Board of Education hereby retains and reserves unto itself all powers, rights, authority, duties and responsibilities conferred upon and vested in it by laws and the constitution of the State of Michigan. The exercise of such shall be limited only by the express terms of the Agreement and then only to the extent that these terms are in conformance with the constitution and laws of the State of Michigan and the United States.
