Constitutional Rights. Nothing in this Agreement shall be understood to diminish the constitutional rights that bargaining unit members have as citizens of the United States or Florida, or to diminish the right of Employees to exercise those rights.
Constitutional Rights. A member who is to be questioned as a suspect in aninvestigation that may lead to criminal charges against the member shall be advised of the member's constitutional rights in accordance with law.
Constitutional Rights. No teacher shall be deprived, either directly or indirectly, of the enjoyment of any rights conferred by law or by the Constitution of the State of California or the Constitution of the United States.
Constitutional Rights. The Board and Federation agree that all teachers shall be allowed in their teaching and personal lives to exercise their rights under the Constitution of the United States of America.
Constitutional Rights. Section 1: The parties are guaranteed all rights as provided under the Constitution and laws of the United States of America and the State of Nevada, the Mesquite City Municipal Code, and the City of Mesquite Personnel Policies Manual (to the extent they are not abrogated by the terms of this Agreement).

Neither the District nor CSEA shall discriminate against any employee in the unit on the basis of race, sex, creed, color, national origin, age, physical handicap, religion, sexual orientation, membership or non-membership in any employee organization for the lawful exercise of constitutional rights or rights under the Educational Employment Relation Act.
Constitutional Rights. A. There is exclusively reserved to the Board all responsibilities, powers, rights, and authority vested in it by the laws and constitutions of the State of Michigan and the United States, or which have heretofore been properly exercised by it, excepting where expressly limited by the provisions of this Agreement. The Board retains the rights, among others, to establish and equitably enforce reasonable rules and personnel policies relating to the duties and responsibilities of employees covered by this Agreement and their working conditions which are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement or violation of law. It is further recognized that the Board, in meeting such responsibilities and in exercising its powers and rights, acts through its administrative staff.
B. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement and Public Act 379 of the Public Acts of 1965, the School District reserves and retains full rights, authority and discretion to control, supervise and manage the operation of all schools and the educational process and to make all decisions and policies not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement.
C. Nothing contained herein shall be considered to deny or restrict the Board of its rights, responsibilities and authority under the Michigan General School Laws, or any other laws or regulations. Except as specifically stated by this Agreement, all the rights, powers and authority the Board had prior to this Agreement are retained by the Board. Such rights shall include, by way of illustration and not by the way of limitation, the right to:
1. Manage and control its business, its equipment and its operations and to direct the working forces and affairs of the Employer.
2. Continue its rights, policies and practices of assignment and direction of its personnel, determine the number of personnel and scheduling of all the foregoing, and the right to establish, modify or change any work or business or school hours or days.
3. Direct the working forces, including the right to hire, promote, suspend and discharge employees, transfer employees, assign work or duties to employees, determine the qualifications of employees, determine the size of the work force and to lay off employees in accordance with the Articles contained in this Agreement.
4. Adopt and equitably enforce reasonable rules and regulations.
5. Determine the financial policies, including all accounting procedures, and all matters pertaining to public relations.
Constitutional Rights. The Board, on its own behalf and on behalf of the electors of the district, hereby retains and reserves unto itself, without limitation, all powers, rights, authority, duties, and responsibilities conferred upon and vested in it by the laws and the Constitution of the State of Michigan and of the United States, including, but without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the right:
Constitutional Rights. The County's rules regarding the employee's political activity will in no way be interpreted as to deny any employee the rights guaranteed employees by the Constitution of the United States or the State of California.
