Rights of the Supplier. 10.1 The Supplier shall have the right at all times to replace the Equipment Rented in part or in full by similar equipment and to retrieve it in the event of Force Majeure as set out in Art. 8 of the General Conditions.
Rights of the Supplier. (a) If within 15 Business Days after the Principal has received a Principal Default Notice pursuant to clause 30.5 the Principal fails to remedy the Principal Event of Default or overcome the effects of the Principal Event of Default, the Supplier may by written notice to the Principal suspend the whole or any part of the Works.
Rights of the Supplier. If an event described in clause 10.5 occurs, the Supplier (or its representatives) may enter upon any premises occupied by the Distributor where the Products are stored or where they are reasonably thought to be stored for the purpose of recovery of the Products and may repossess the same without hindrance by the Distributor. The Distributor hereby irrevocably grants to the Supplier a right of access to enter onto premises occupied by the Distributor for the purpose of recovery of such Products.
