Common use of Rights & Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Rights & Responsibilities. (i) In connection with RX Technology operation and management of the Concession, Six Flags agrees that RX Technology shall be entitled use of and/or access to: (a) the facility at which the Concession is operated (the "Facility"), (b) adjacent portions of the Facility, as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of the Concession, and (c) common ways and areas within the Park for incinerator or trash purposes, loading and unloading supplies and installation, repair and maintenance of Equipment and/or other elements related to the Concession.

Rights & Responsibilities. (i) In connection with RX Technology Technologies, Inc.'s operation and management of the Concession, Six Flags agrees that RX Technology Technologies, Inc. shall be entitled use of and/or access to: (a) the facility at which the Concession is operated (the "Facility"), (b) adjacent portions of the Facility, as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of the Concession, and (c) common ways and areas within the Park for incinerator or trash purposes, loading and unloading supplies and installation, repair and maintenance of Equipment and/or other elements related to the Concession.
