Resident Rights. The Resident and Responsible Party(s) have been advised of and have received a copy of the “Resident Rights and Responsibilities,” which is attached as Exhibit 4 and made part of this Residency Agreement.
Resident Rights. As a resident of a Home and Community-Based setting, the RESIDENT is afforded the rights as authorized by 42 CFR 441.301(c)(2)(xiii) & 42 CFR 441.530(a)(1)(vi)(F). There may be times when, due to health and safety risks, a right may be limited. A limitation to any of these rights will always be based on a specific assessed need, and will not be implemented without the RESIDENTS informed, written consent or the informed, written consent of the RESIDENT’S legal representative. By initialing, I, the RESIDENT, have reviewed and understand that as a resident of a Home and Community-Based setting, I am afforded the following rights:
Resident Rights a. In support of the mission of HRL, the intended use of Housing is for the Students to sleep, study, and xxxxxx their academic success. Students may not cause interference or supersede another Student's rights, comfort, and safety while they are in their assigned space.
Resident Rights. As a Resident of this Facility, the Resident has many rights under federal and State law. Some of those rights are listed in this section. You and the Resident will be given a written description of all of the Resident's rights.

Resident Rights. Resident rights information is available through the Patient & Family Services office and posted throughout the facility. Any questions regarding these rights may be discussed with the social worker, nurse manager or any member of administration.
Resident Rights. 1. A resident shall not be denied appropriate care on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, sex, age, disability, marital status, sexual preference, or source of payment.
Resident Rights. Each individual has a right to engage in those physical, educational and social pursuits that are necessary parts of his/her university life. However, these rights carry with them a reciprocal responsibility on the part of the individual to insure those same rights for other residents.
