Rights to Proposal and Contractual Material. (a) All documentation related to or prepared in connection with any proposal, including the contents of any proposal contracts, responses, inquiries, correspondence, and all other material submitted in connection with the proposal shall become the property of the Authority upon receipt.

Rights to Proposal and Contractual Material. All documents, reports, data, graphics and other materials produced under this Contract shall become the sole pos- session of the Authority upon receipt and payment, subject only to the Contractor's professional obligation to maintain copies of its work product.
