Rights to Proposal and Contractual Material. 13.01 All reports, documents, studies, charts, schedules, or other appended documentation to any proposal or contract and any responses, inquiries, correspondence and related material submitted by SUBRECIPIENT will upon receipt, become property of COUNTY as to the information in any of those material that is specific to COUNTY, but not as to SUBRECIPIENT’s pre-existing or out- of- scope materials, information or technology and related rights in intellectual property.
