Riipen’s Audit Program. The parties acknowledge that Customer must be able to assess Riipen’s compliance with its obligations under Data Protection Law, insofar as Riipen is acting as a processor on behalf of Customer. Riipen uses external auditors to verify the adequacy of its security measures with respect to its processing of Personal Data. Such audits are conducted at least annually, are performed at Riipen’s expense by independent third party security professionals at Riipen’s selection, and result in the generation of a confidential audit report.

Riipen’s Audit Program. Riipen uses external auditors to verify the adequacy of its security measures with respect to its processing of Customer Application Data. Such audits are performed at least once annually at Riipen’s expense by independent third party security professionals at Riipen’s selection, and result in the generation of a confidential audit report (“Audit Report”).   • Program Review The Contracting Officer or other authorized government representative may hold semi- annual program review meetings. Such meetings will be held via telecom or video teleconferencing. However, the Government reserves the right to request a meeting in person. The meetings will include all BPA holders, representatives from prospective customer agencies, a combination of current and prospective customer agencies, or individual BPA holders. Some Federal Government Agencies and any approved State, Local and Tribal agencies may establish a central program management function. Such users may require their primary suppliers to participate in agency program review meetings on a periodic basis, at no additional cost to the Government.

  • E9 Audit E9.1 The Contractor shall keep and maintain until six (6) years after the end of the Contract Period, or as long a period as may be agreed between the Parties, full and accurate records of the Contract including the Services supplied under it, all expenditure reimbursed by the Authority, and all payments made by the Authority.   • Utilization Review We review health services to determine whether the services are or were Medically Necessary or experimental or investigational ("Medically Necessary"). This process is called Utilization Review. Utilization Review includes all review activities, whether they take place prior to the service being performed (Preauthorization); when the service is being performed (concurrent); or after the service is performed (retrospective). We do not compensate or provide financial incentives to Our employees or reviewers for determining that services are not Medically Necessary.   • Quality Assurance Program An employee shall be entitled to leave of absence without loss of earnings from her or his regularly scheduled working hours for the purpose of writing examinations required by the College of Nurses of Ontario arising out of the Quality Assurance Program.

  • Desk Audits The Department or its designee may monitor compliance of financial records by desk audits. Audits may be supplemented by phone interviews with financial staff in the juvenile probation department, county auditor’s office, and county treasurer’s’ office. Findings will result in a performance rating profile report or a Non - Compliance Citation Report (NCCR). Grantee shall ensure its agents comply with all requests for information during the course of the audit.
