Application Data definition

Application Data means data submitted by the Buyer or agreed 3rd Party, on behalf of the Buyer;
Application Data means a set of instructions which causes a computer system to perform a function when executed on the computer;
Application Data means any data or information generated by or provided by any Descartes product or service, but does not include any of the following: a) data or information in its original form provided by Customer; b) data provided by third parties for the express purpose of being transferred through or made available to Customer via a Descartes product or service, including the Descartes Global Logistics Network; and c) data provided to Customer via a reporting tool or report feature built into a Descartes product or service but only those parts of the report that relate directly to the Customer.

  • Contractor is required to be in compliance with the current or successor standard for Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard “PCI DSS”, Payment Application Data Security Standard “PA DSS” for software and PIN Transaction Security “PCI PTS” for hardware and provide attestation of compliance annually.

  • Applicants are obliged to have their Application Data pre-validated and, where necessary, corrected by using the Trademark Clearinghouse, which is a facility operated by the Trademark Clearinghouse Operator if they would like to benefit from the opportunity to register a Domain Name that corresponds to their Eligible Trademark during the respective Sunrise Phases.


More Definitions of Application Data

Application Data means data entered by the Customer into the Application.
Application Data means any electronic data uploaded by End Customer’s agents, employees and contractors that is processed through the Subscription Service. For the avoidance of doubt, End Customer is the data controller and Customer Data is hosted and stored by ServiceNow on the ServiceNow Platform.
Application Data means the information, data and files, including any personally identifiable data, inputted, entered into or otherwise transmitted into the Hosted Services by either the City or Permit Applicants, or generated by the Hosted Services, in connection with Applications submitted by Permit Applicants.
