Application Data definition

Application Data means data submitted by the Buyer or agreed 3rd Party, on behalf of the Buyer;
Application Data means a set of instructions which causes a computer system to perform a function when executed on the computer;
Application Data means any data or information generated by or provided by any Descartes product or service, but does not include any of the following: a) data or information in its original form provided by Customer; b) data provided by third parties for the express purpose of being transferred through or made available to Customer via a Descartes product or service, including the Descartes Global Logistics Network; and c) data provided to Customer via a reporting tool or report feature built into a Descartes product or service but only those parts of the report that relate directly to the Customer.

  • Any claim or dispute, including without limitation, tort, statutory, or contractual claims, arising under or in any way relating to these API Terms, the API Materials, the Application Data, or any combination of these items (the “Dispute”), shall be governed by the laws of the state of Texas without regard to Texas conflicts of laws principles.

  • Upon termination, all licenses granted to You by these API Terms immediately terminate and You must (i) destroy all copies of the API Materials, (ii) cause Your Application to stop accessing or using the APIs, and (iii) delete all Application Data.

  • If You develop an Application while using the API Materials: (a) Your Application must offer substantial and different functionality than the functionality offered by Dell products, software and services (hereinafter called “Dell Offerings”), (b) You shall use reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect any Application Data sent or received using the API, and (c) You shall ensure that Your Application does not make excessive or disruptive use of the API Materials.

  • Contractors providing services and products that handle, transmit or store cardholder data, are subject to the following requirements: Applications shall be compliant with the Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA-DSS) and validated by a Payment Application Qualified Security Assessor (PA-QSA).

  • You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable data localization, data protection, privacy and other laws and regulations relating to the collection, use and processing of Application Data by the API and Your Application, including without limitation providing any required notices or consents to end-users or customers and/or maintaining Application Data geographically in compliance with applicable data localization laws.

Application Data means data entered by the Customer into the Application.
