Risk of Serious Injury or Death. I understand that the Activities could involve risks that may result in serious injury or death to the Participant. These risks may include, but are not limited to, strenuous physical exertion, falls or other accidents, extreme conditions, and lack of available medical care. I voluntarily assume all such risks.

Risk of Serious Injury or Death. I understand and agree that Camp-At-The-Rocks LTD. shall have no duty to warn me of or to remedy any risks, dangers, or hazards. I further agree to assume all risk of personal injury or loss or damage to any of my property. An inherent risk of COVID-19 exists in any place people are present. I voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. I hereby release Camp-At-The-Rocks, LTD from any and all legal liability and for any negligence to the fullest extent permitted by law. I agree not to sue or make a claim against Camp-At-The-Rocks, LTD, and I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Camp-At-The-Rocks, LTD, and all of its owners, officers, members, agents and employees, its lessors and lessees for any and all claims for damage, injuries, or death to myself and any minor, dependent, and non-minor dependent on whose behalf I am signing, and to any other person or property caused by or resulting from my presence at and participation in activities at Panama Rocks Scenic Park. This indemnification includes but is not limited to all defense costs, attorney’s fees, and other expenses of any type, without limitations I have carefully read this agreement and fully understand its contents and the terms. I have correctly and truly represented my name and signature below. This contract shall be legally binding upon me, my heirs, my estate, assigns, legal guardians, and my personal representatives. Any legal action relating to Camp-At-The-Rocks LTD will be brought in the New York State Supreme Court, County of Chautauqua, or the United States District Court for the Western District of New York.

  • Injury or Illness The Company will grant leave of absence to employees suffering injury or illness for the term of this Agreement, subject to a medical certificate if requested by the employer. The employee shall have a reasonable period of time to present such medical certificate. The employee shall report or cause to have reported the injury or illness which requires his absence to the Company as soon as may be reasonably possible.

  • Theft of Service You shall notify us immediately, in writing or by calling our customer support line, if the Device is stolen or if you become aware at any time that your Service is being stolen, fraudulently used or otherwise being used in an unauthorized manner. When you call or write, you must provide your account number and a detailed description of the circumstances of the Device theft, fraudulent use or unauthorized use of Service. Failure to do so in a timely manner may result in the termination of your Service and additional charges to you. Until such time as we receive notice of the theft, fraudulent use or unauthorized use, you will be liable for all use of the Service using a Device stolen from you and any and all stolen, fraudulent or unauthorized use of the Service.

  • Termination of Service Termination of Service shall mean the Executive's voluntary resignation of service by the Executive or the Bank's discharge of the Executive without cause, prior to the Early Retirement Date (Subparagraph I [K]).

  • Work-Related Injury or Illness In the event of an eligible employee’s absence from work being due to work related injury or work related illness, contributions at the normal rate will continue for the period of the absence provided that:

  • Termination of Services 6.2. To promote a non-discriminatory work environment based on the principle of equality, employers and the trade union should adopt appropriate measures to ensure that employees with HIV and AIDS are not unfairly discriminated against and are protected from victimisation through positive measures such as:

  • Employees with a Work-related Injury/Disability An employee who was off the State payroll due to a work-related injury or a work-related disability may continue to participate in the Group Insurance Program as long as such an employee receives workers' compensation payments or while the workers' compensation claim is pending.

  • Cessation of services 3. The delegation or assignment of CONTRACTOR’s services, operation or administration to another entity without the prior written consent of COUNTY.

  • Duration of Services The obligation of GGP to perform any individual Service described in or contemplated by this Section L shall terminate upon the earliest to occur of (a) 18 months following the Distribution Date, (b) five days following written notice of termination of such Services by Spinco to GGP and (c) the applicable termination date pursuant to Article IX of the Agreement.   • Relationship to Award 2.1 This Agreement incorporates those terms of the National Electrical, Electronic and Communications Contracting Industry Award 1998 as at December 2005 (as amended) that are set out in Appendix K. A reference in this Agreement to the “Award” means the Award terms as set out in Appendix K.
