Relationship to Award. 2.1 This Agreement incorporates those terms of the National Electrical, Electronic and Communications Contracting Industry Award 1998 as at December 2005 (as amended) that are set out in Appendix K. A reference in this Agreement to the “Award” means the Award terms as set out in Appendix K. 2.2 If an inconsistency exists between the Common Clauses and Appendix K, the Common Clauses will take precedence. 2.3 If an inconsistency exists between Appendix K and any other Appendix of this Agreement, that other Appendix will take precedence.

Relationship to Award. 2.1 This Agreement incorporates the terms of the National Electrical, Electronic and Communications Contracting Industry Award 1998 as stated on 16 December 1999 (“the Award”). 2.2 When an inconsistency exists between this Agreement and the Award, the terms and conditions of this Agreement will take precedence. 2.3 Any Award Flexibility arrangements in the Award will not be utilised or implemented by the Company or employees. 2.4 All Award Conditions (other than those contained in this Agreement ) as stated on the 16th December 1999 will remain for the life of this Agreement, except where varied by agreement.
Relationship to Award. (a) Subject to clause 5.1(b), the provisions of the Award that apply in Western Australia are incorporated into this Agreement (Incorporated Terms). (b) The express terms of this Agreement (Express Terms) are supplementary to the Incorporated Terms. (c) The Express Terms will be read and interpreted wholly in conjunction with the Incorporated Terms. (d) Where an Express Term is inconsistent with an Incorporated Term, the Express Term will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
Relationship to Award. 5.1 This Agreement shall be read in conjunction with the Local Government Employees Award. To the extent of any inconsistency, the terms of the Agreement shall prevail.
Relationship to Award. This Agreement shall be read and interpreted wholly in conjunction with the Country Energy Enterprise Award, 2007 and successor instruments, provided that where there is any inconsistency between this Agreement and the Country Energy Enterprise Award, this Agreement shall take precedence to the extent of the inconsistency.

Relationship to Award. 6.1 This Agreement incorporates the terms of the Manufacturing and Associated Industries and Occupations Award 2020 (the “Incorporated Award”). 6.2 Where there is any inconsistency between a term in this Agreement and a term in the Incorporated Award, the term in this Agreement shall take precedence to the extent of the inconsistency. 6.3 The incorporated award terms are to be read as part of this Agreement, and altered if necessary, to give effect to incorporation. For example, the words “this award” would become “this Agreement”.
