Road Boundary Fencing. The Grantor shall not permit any fence or other structure (other than a letterbox or a fence of the type referred to in clause 2.14(c)) to be erected in the area between the Road Boundary and a line drawn parallel to the Road Boundary with the distance between such line and Road Boundary being determined by those parts of the dwelling closest to the Road Boundary.
