Use of the Site definition

Use of the Site means gaining or attempting to gain access by any electronic medium to accesses the Site and includes utilising the Site to communicate with Welltech or to access any other site or device. A reference to “use of” other sites and a “user” of the Site or other sites has a corresponding meaning.

Examples of Use of the Site in a sentence

  • Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section.

  • Use of the Site does not entitle users to make any unauthorized use of any protected content, and in particular you will not delete or alter any proprietary rights or attribution notices in any content.

  • Use of the Site: Limit use of the premises to work in areas indicated.

  • Use of the Site, Content or Services to violate, tamper with, or circumvent the security of any computer network, software, passwords, encryption codes, technological protection measures, or to otherwise engage in any kind of illegal activity, or to enable others to do so, is expressly prohibited.

  • Use of the Site constitutes the user’s continuing agreement to be bound by these Terms of Use as they are amended from time to time.

  • Occupancy and Use of the Site: Prior to occupancy or use of any school site or facility, Charter School shall provide the CSD with a current Certificate of Occupancy or equivalent document issued by the applicable permitting agency that allows Charter School to use and occupy the site as a charter school.

  • Use of the Site: Confine operations at the site to the areas permitted under the Contract.

  • The Privacy policy contains all of the contractual provisions binding Users, without prejudice to the general provisions in the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Site of which they form an integral part.

  • In the event that all or a material portion of the Site necessary for Tenant’s Permitted Use of the Site is taken for any public or quasi-public use under any governmental law, ordinance or regulation or by the right of eminent domain, this Agreement shall terminate on the date of such taking, and all rent under this Agreement shall be prorated and paid to such date.

  • Past Use of the Site: A foundry was present at the site since the late 1800s and part of the site was a coal yard until expansion of the foundry in the 1940s.

Related to Use of the Site

  • Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.

  • Areas means such areas within the DAS Areas that are identified in Annexure A annexed to this Agreement;

  • Parking Garage means a building or portion of a building, other than a private garage, that is used for the temporary parking of motor vehicles;

  • Parking Facility means a parking area or structure having

  • drainage work means any watercourse and includes any land which is expected to provide flood storage capacity for any watercourse and any bank, wall, embankment or other structure, or any appliance, constructed or used for land drainage or flood defence;

  • Pavement means any type of improved surface that is within the public right-of-way and that is paved or otherwise constructed with bituminous, concrete, aggregate, or gravel.

  • Parking Areas means those portions of the Common Areas or other areas under Landlord’s control which from time to time are designated by the Landlord for the parking of automobiles and other automotive vehicles while engaged in business upon the Premises (other than while being used to make deliveries to and from the Premises).

  • Site means the place or places where the permanent Works are to be carried out including workshops where the same is being prepared.

  • Permitted Uses shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.2.

  • Garage shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital H;

  • Driveway means a vehicle access route between the carriageway of a road and a use on a parcel;

  • Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.

  • Public garage means a building or other place where vehicles or vessels are kept and stored and where a charge is made for the storage and keeping of vehicles and vessels.

  • Parking Area means the area designated as a permitted parking area and a special parking area by the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Angus Council) Designation Order 2017; and “permitted parking area” and “special parking area” are to be read accordingly;”; and

  • Permitted Use , in relation to a property, means the limited purposes for which the property may be used in terms of –

  • Roads means streets, roads, and highways.

  • Routine use means the disclosure of a record without the consent of the subject or subjects, for a purpose which is compatible with the purpose for which the record was collected. It includes disclosures required to be made by statute other than the public records law, Iowa Code chapter 22.

  • Parking None unreserved vehicle parking spaces ("UNRESERVED PARKING SPACES"); and None reserved vehicle parking spaces ("RESERVED PARKING SPACES"). (Also see Paragraph 2.6.)

  • Adjacent means either immediately contiguous to or abutting a neighboring property, lot or walkway, and excludes property, lots, or walkways across the street from, or diagonally opposite across an intersection from the subject property, lot, or walkway.

  • Access Road means Kuchha road connecting excavating pit to mine approach road.

  • Landscaped area means all the planting areas, turf areas, and water features in a landscape design plan subject to the Maximum Applied Water Allowance and Estimated Applied Water Use calculations. The landscaped area does not include footprints of buildings or structures, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, decks, patios, gravel or stone walks, other pervious or non-pervious hardscapes, and other non-irrigated areas designated for non-development (e.g., open spaces and existing native vegetation).

  • Adjacent area means the area outside the affected area or permit area where air, surface or ground water, fish, wildlife, vegetation or other resources protected by Chapter 1513. of the Revised Code, determined according to the context in which "adjacent area" is used, are or reasonably could be expected to be adversely affected by proposed coal mining and reclamation operations including probable impacts from underground workings. With respect to underground mining operations, "adjacent area" shall include, at a minimum, the surface areas above full coal recovery areas.

  • Storage area means any location, facility, or vehicle which is used to store, to transport, or to secure a radiographic exposure device, a storage container, or a sealed source when it is not in use and which is locked or has a physical barrier to prevent accidental exposure, tampering with, or unauthorized removal of the device, container, or source.

  • Excavation means the mechanical removal of earth material.

  • Basement means any area of the building having its floor subgrade (below ground level) on all sides.

  • Tandem parking means that two or more automobiles are parked on a driveway or in any other location on a lot, lined up behind one another.
