Common use of Road Maintenance Clause in Contracts

Road Maintenance. Contractor shall maintain roads, commensurate with Contractor’s use, in accordance with Road Maintenance Requirements in K-F.3.1 and the Road Maintenance Specifications. Performance of road maintenance work by Contractor may be required prior to, during, or after each period of use. The timing of work ac- complishment shall be based on Contractor’s Operating Schedule under G.3.1.
