Common use of Roadside Assistance Protection Clause in Contracts

Roadside Assistance Protection. (RAP): If Renter selects the RAP protection on the Rental Agreement Summary, Owner waives Renter's responsibility concerning: (a) all costs of recovery and travel invoiced by Owner's selected road assistance service providers in relation to a breakdown of Owner's Vehicle caused by the driver or Renter; (b) replacement of lost stolen, or broken keys; and (c) costs of repair and replacement of the tyres (excluding rims) except when they form part of a wider damage to the vehicle. The protection does not apply if Renter breaches his obligations in this Rental Agreement.
