Common use of Roadside Assistance Protection Clause in Contracts

Roadside Assistance Protection. (RAP): If Renter selects the RAP protection on the Rental Agreement Summary, Owner waives Renter's responsibility concerning: (a) all costs of recovery and travel invoiced by Owner's selected road assistance service providers in relation to a breakdown of Owner's Vehicle caused by the driver or Renter; (b) replacement of lost stolen, or broken keys; and (c) costs of repair and replacement of the tyres (excluding rims) except when they form part of a wider damage to the vehicle. The protection does not apply if Renter breaches his obligations in this Rental Agreement.

Roadside Assistance Protection. (RAP): If Renter selects the RAP protection on the Rental Agreement Summary, Owner waives will waive Renter's responsibility concerningfor the following: (ai) all costs of recovery and travel invoiced call out charges imposed by Owner's selected road assistance service providers in relation chosen Roadside Assistance Providers as a result of any fault occurring to a breakdown of Owner's Vehicle caused by the which is due to driver or Renter; Renter error (bii) replacement of lost stolen, or broken keys; keys and (ciii) tyre repair or tyre replacement costs of repair and replacement of the tyres (excluding rims) except when they form part of a wider larger damage to the vehicle. The protection does not apply if Renter breaches his obligations in this Rental AgreementVehicle.
