Rock Tavern 115kV SL Line Terminal. The NUFs concerning the Rock Tavern 115 kV SL Line include the following: • Attach new SL Line conductor to Rock Tavern Substation and terminate new SL Line optical ground wire (“OPGW”) fiber; • Replace the 1200A SL-683 and SL-687 switches with 2000A motor operated switches; • Install new SL Line terminal station connections; • The Rock Tavern SL Line relaying recently was replaced with SEL-311C and GE D60 relays; an SEL-411L will be installed using line current differential protection to replace the GE D60 relay in order to use OPGW fiber for high speed protection; and • Perform a protection and coordination study to account for new transmission line impedances and area system configuration changes; and issue relay setting files. Transmission Developer recently submitted a non-material determination (“NMD”) request to the NYISO to re-rate certain transmission facilities, which modification would modify the scope of work at the Roseton 345kV and RockTavern 345kV Substations as is currently contemplated in the final Facilities Study report. This Agreement was executed prior to the update of the work scope reduction resulting from the NYISO’s recent determination that the NMD request is not material. Accordingly, the Parties shall amend this Agreement pursuant to Articles 29.11 and 29.12 to reflect the requested modifications.
