Requested Modifications. After the Development Program Thermage may request or Stellartech may suggest changes in the design or operation of the Products relating to improvements, or the reliability or serviceability thereof. The parties shall promptly discuss such modifications in good faith and Stellartech shall make any modifications requested or approved by Thermage, provided Thermage agrees to pay the reasonable costs of implementing such changes (including possible scrapping or reworking of existing units) which may alter the purchase prices hereunder as agreed by the parties.
Requested Modifications. The Customer hereby agrees to approve and to comply with the provisions established under Chapter 6 of the Access Code.

If a prospective mortgagee requires reasonable amendments, modifications, or supplements of or to the Mixed-Use Provisions as a condition to making a loan to Company, then the Town Bodies shall execute an agreement amending, modifying, or supplementing the Mixed-Use Provisions as required by the prospective mortgagee; provided that the foregoing shall apply only so long as: (i) there will be no material adverse effect on the Town Bodies, or the rights of the Town Bodies under the Mixed-Use Provisions; and (ii) the obligations of Company under the Agreement will not be reduced in any material respect.

The Appreciation Allocation Agreement shall include, without limitation, the terms and conditions set forth in this Exhibit. All capitalized terms used but not defined in this Exhibit shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in that certain Economic Development Project Agreement (Yorktown Rebar Project) executed by and between YRC and Company to which this Exhibit is attached.
Requested Modifications. If. in connection with obtaining, continuing or renewing financing for which the Building or the Demised Premises or any interest therein represents collateral in whole or in part. a banking. insurance other lender (even if the lender is Landlord) shall require modifications of this Lease as a condition of such financing. Tenant hereby expressly agrees to consent to any such required changes or modifications to this Lease. except such as would alter the amount of Minimum Rent or the term hereof or substantially impair Tenant's use and enjoyment of the Demised Premises for the uses permitted herein.

If, in connection with obtaining, continuing or renewing financing for the Building or any interest therein represents collateral in whole or in part, a lender shall request reasonable modifications of this Lease as a condition of such financing, Tenant will not unreasonably withhold, delay or defer its consent thereto, provided that such modifications do not increase the monetary obligations of Tenant hereunder or adversely affect to a material degree the Tenant’s leasehold interest hereby created.
Requested Modifications. BSC may request or ArthroCare may suggest changes to improve the design or operation of the Products, or the reliability or serviceability of the Products. The parties shall promptly discuss such modifications in good faith and ArthroCare shall perform the engineering design work to modify the Specifications as requested by BSC, provided that BSC agrees to pay the reasonable costs of such work. If the changes require engineering design work on the Specifications, ArthroCare will prepare and submit to BSC for its approval a budget for the direct cost of making such work on a time and materials basis. The time will include the fully burdened rate for each employee involved in such work plus [*****] of the fully burdened cost to account for overhead.
Requested Modifications. Sequel may request modifications to the leased Premises, at its sole cost and expense, for the purposes of enhancing safety, security and increasing the usefulness of the Leased Premises for its purposes, and approval for such modifications will not be unreasonably withheld, if said modifications otherwise comply with the requirements of this Agreement and with all laws, statutes, codes, ordinances, rules, and regulations (including without limitation those of Harmony, the State of Illinois, and Illinois State Board of Education).

XXXX hereby agrees to make reasonable changes ----------------------- requested by SB during the Term of this Agreement to or in connection with the Programmatic Interfaces or XML Definitions for no additional charge for minor changes and for a reasonable fee for any other such changes.
