Common use of Rocky Mountain Area Coordination Center Clause in Contracts

Rocky Mountain Area Coordination Center. The Parties to this Agreement recognize the Rocky Mountain Area Coordination Center in Lakewood, Colorado, as the Geographic Area Coordination Center (GACC) for the Rocky Mountain Geographic Area. The Parties to this Agreement will coordinate, mobilize and demobilize emergency management resources through the Geographic Area Coordination Center as appropriate. Parties to this Agreement are not precluded from independent movement of their own resources.

The Parties to this Agreement will coordinate, mobilize coordinate fire management activities and demobilize emergency management resources resource movements through the Geographic Area Coordination Center as appropriate. Parties to this Agreement are not precluded from independent movement of their own resources.

The level of cooperation and specific staffing, funding, and level of participation will be documented by the Parties to this Agreement are not precluded from independent movement of their own resourcesin appropriate annual operating plans and/or appropriate mobilization guides. Project or financial plans may be required by parties’ agency business practices.
