Role of Permitting Project Manager. The Permitting Project Manager shall administer and oversee the Permitting Project and shall be responsible for the day to day activities involved in advancing the Permitting Project to achieve the Project Permitting Objectives and Project Permitting Timetable, including the responsibility for obtaining all required Governmental Authorizations, siting, Rights-of-Way acquisition of the Xxxxxxxx to Xxxxxxxxx Transmission Project. The Permitting Project Manager will advance funds in anticipation of receiving the Mandatory Payments from Funders, as necessary, to fulfill the Permitting Project Objectives (“Advance Contributions”). Idaho Power’s Advance Contributions will accrue interest, per annum, calculated in accordance with Idaho Power’s AFUDC rate. The Advance Contributions and accrued AFUDC will be reimbursed from as part of the Funder’s Mandatory Payments 2 or 4 as set forth in Exhibit B. The Permitting Project Manager shall not collect Project Costs other than those described in Exhibit B or as approved by the Permit Funding Committee.

  • Contractors Submission Respecting the Agreement The Contractor shall, as part of the Contractor's submission respecting this Contract, complete the attached Schedule B, Identification of Principles; Schedule C, Schedule of Tendered Unit Prices; Schedule D, Schedule of Equipment to be used on the work; and Schedule E, Schedule of Sub-Contractors. The Contract including all appended schedules shall be completed in complete conformity with the instructions to bidders contained in the document entitled "General Provisions and Contract Specification for Highway Construction". In presenting the Contractor’s submission for consideration by the Minister, the Contractor understands that until, and unless, the Contract is endorsed by the Minister, no Contract between the parties shall exist and the Minister shall not be bound to endorse any Contract.

  • Data Protection Impact Assessment and Prior Consultation Processor shall provide reasonable assistance to the Company with any data protection impact assessments, and prior consultations with Supervising Authorities or other competent data privacy authorities, which Company reasonably considers to be required by article 35 or 36 of the GDPR or equivalent provisions of any other Data Protection Law, in each case solely in relation to Processing of Company Personal Data by, and taking into account the nature of the Processing and information available to, the Contracted Processors.

  • Order Coordination and Order Coordination-Time Specific 2.1.9.1 “Order Coordination” (OC) allows BellSouth and Global Connection to coordinate the installation of the SL2 Loops, Unbundled Digital Loops (UDL) and other Loops where OC may be purchased as an option, to Global Connection’s facilities to limit end user service outage. OC is available when the Loop is provisioned over an existing circuit that is currently providing service to the end user. OC for physical conversions will be scheduled at BellSouth’s discretion during normal working hours on the committed due date. OC shall be provided in accordance with the chart set forth below.

  • Review of Personnel File Upon written authority from an employee, OC shall permit the President of the Union or their designate to review that employee's personnel file in the office in which the file is normally kept in order to facilitate the proper investigation of a grievance.

  • SITE VISITS AND RECORD REVIEW The Applicant shall allow authorized employees of the District, the Comptroller, the Appraisal District, and the State Auditor’s Office to have reasonable access to the Applicant’s Qualified Property and business records from the Application Review Start Date through the Final Termination Date, in order to inspect the project to determine compliance with the terms hereof or as necessary to properly appraise the Taxable Value of the Applicant’s Qualified Property.
