Specifically, the JCC will oversee the development of global branding strategies for Co-Co Products, coordinate training of sales representatives and others involved in Commercialization pursuant to Article 3 and coordinate commercial supply of Co-Co Products pursuant to this Celgene Lead Co-Co Agreement.

Role of the JCC. The JCC will coordinate the Parties’ efforts with respect to the Commercialization of Licensed Products in the North America Territory and in the ROW Territory. Specifically, the JCC will oversee the development of [***] for Licensed Products, coordinate training of sales representatives and others involved in Commercialization pursuant to Sections 3.3.1 and 3.3.2 and Exhibit F, and coordinate commercial supply of Licensed Products pursuant to this License Agreement.

Specifically, the JCC will oversee the development of global branding strategies for Juno Program Co-Co Products, coordinate training of sales representatives and others involved in Commercialization pursuant to Sections 3.1.7 and Exhibit F, and coordinate commercial supply of Juno Program Co-Co Products pursuant to this Juno Lead Co-Co Agreement.
Role of the JCC. The JCC will coordinate the Parties’ efforts with respect to the Commercialization of Celgene Program Co-Co Products in the Territory. Specifically, the JCC will oversee the development of global branding strategies for Celgene Program Co-Co Products, coordinate training of sales representatives and others involved in Commercialization pursuant to Sections 3.1.6 and Exhibit F, and coordinate commercial supply of Celgene Program Co-Co Products pursuant to this Celgene Lead Co-Co Agreement and the Manufacturing Agreement.
Role of the JCC. Without limiting any of the foregoing, the JCC will perform the following functions in accordance with this Agreement, some or all of which may be addressed directly at any given JCC meeting: (a) to discuss and approve the overall strategy for the Commercialization of Combination Products and Joint Development Radioconjugates; (b) to discuss any approve coordinated activities to be undertaken with respect to the Commercialization of Combination Products; (c) to discuss and approve the schedule for payments to be made by Fusion (if any) pursuant to Sections 6.11, 6.12.1(b), and/or 6.12.2(b); and (d) to perform such other functions as expressly set forth in this Agreement or as mutually determined by the Parties in writing.

  • Role of Seniority in Layoffs (a) Both parties recognize that job security shall increase in proportion to length of service. Therefore, in the event of a layoff, employees shall be laid off in the reverse order of their bargaining-unit-wide seniority, providing that the retained employees are able to perform the available work. (b) The layoff process will occur in accordance with the Layoff/Recall Policy and Procedures. In no case may this policy override a right or condition outlined within this Collective Agreement.

  • Alliance Managers Promptly following the Effective Date, each Party will designate an alliance manager to be reasonably available to the other Party to facilitate communication, respond to questions and otherwise oversee that the Parties’ activities hereunder are in line with this Agreement. Such alliance managers will regularly interact with each other on a frequency to be mutually agreed by the Parties and on an ad hoc basis if requested by the Joint Project Team or the Project Leaders. A Party may replace its alliance manager at any time by written notice to the other Party.

  • Relationship Managers The Participant Relationship Manager and the Reclaim Fund Relationship Manager at the date of this agreement for the purposes of clause 27 of Part B of this agreement are as follows: (a) the Participant Relationship Manager: Xxxxxx Xxxxxx; and (b) the Reclaim Fund Relationship Manager: Xxxxxx Xxxxx.

  • Management Team Subject to any approval or consulting rights of the --------------- Joint Operations Committee, Manager shall engage or designate one or more individuals experienced in dental group management and direction, including, but not limited to, an administrator, who will be responsible for the overall administration of the Practice including day-to-day operations and strategic development activities.

  • The Joint Committee (a) shall be composed of representatives of the Governments of the Parties; and (b) may establish and delegate its responsibilities to Sub-Committees.

  • Consideration of Criminal History in Hiring and Employment Decisions 10.14.1 Contractor agrees to comply fully with and be bound by all of the provisions of Chapter 12T, “City Contractor/Subcontractor Consideration of Criminal History in Hiring and Employment Decisions,” of the San Francisco Administrative Code (“Chapter 12T”), including the remedies provided, and implementing regulations, as may be amended from time to time. The provisions of Chapter 12T are incorporated by reference and made a part of this Agreement as though fully set forth herein. The text of the Chapter 12T is available on the web at xxxx://xxxxx.xxx/olse/fco. Contractor is required to comply with all of the applicable provisions of 12T, irrespective of the listing of obligations in this Section. Capitalized terms used in this Section and not defined in this Agreement shall have the meanings assigned to such terms in Chapter 12T. 10.14.2 The requirements of Chapter 12T shall only apply to a Contractor’s or Subcontractor’s operations to the extent those operations are in furtherance of the performance of this Agreement, shall apply only to applicants and employees who would be or are performing work in furtherance of this Agreement, and shall apply when the physical location of the employment or prospective employment of an individual is wholly or substantially within the City of San Francisco. Chapter 12T shall not apply when the application in a particular context would conflict with federal or state law or with a requirement of a government agency implementing federal or state law.

  • Alliance Manager Each Party shall appoint a person(s) who shall oversee contact between the Parties for all matters between meetings of each Joint Committee and shall have such other responsibilities as the Parties may agree in writing after the Effective Date (each, an “Alliance Manager”). Each Party may replace its Alliance Manager at any time by notice in writing to the other Party.

  • Local Negotiating Committee (a) A negotiating committee of four (4) employee representatives appointed by the union including the bargaining unit president. (b) The Employer shall pay representatives of the Negotiating Committee their respective salaries for all time lost from regularly scheduled hours negotiating the Collective Agreement and renewals thereof, up to and including conciliation and mediation. It is agreed that the employer is not responsible for accommodation, parking, transportation and food costs associated with the employee’s participation in bargaining.   • TRAINING AND EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT 9.1 The Employer and the Union recognize the value and benefit of education and training designed to enhance an employee’s ability to perform their job duties. Training and employee development opportunities will be provided to employees in accordance with Employer policies and available resources. 9.2 Attendance at employer-required training will be considered time worked. The Employer will make reasonable attempts to schedule employer-required training during an employee’s regular work shift. The Employer will pay the registration and associated travel costs in accordance with Article 23, Travel, for employer-required training.
