Common use of Role of the President of the University Clause in Contracts

Role of the President of the University. The President of the University shall review evaluation materials submitted to them by the Chief Administrative Officers, and approved job descriptions. The President shall, at their discretion, transmit to the Board of Trustees their recommendations, if any, concerning any personnel action that pertains to any member of the bargaining unit. A copy of the President’s recommendations shall be sent to the unit member at the time of its transmittal to the Board of Trustees.
