Roles of the Parties. The University is responsible for maintaining the job evaluation system, which includes but is not limited to, the responsibility to: ● Communicate the results of job evaluations to Supervisors, Employees and the Union; ● Conduct audits of job evaluation results; ● Conduct periodic reviews of jobs; ● Conduct periodic reviews of the job evaluation system; and ● Create job descriptions.
