ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH TRUST as Employer. All current employees covered by this Agreement who were continuously employed by the Archbishop of Hobart and associated entities (Tasmanian Systemic Catholic Schools, the Tasmanian Catholic Education Office, the Archdiocesan Governing Councils) prior to the 1st April 2007 are employed by the Roman Catholic Church Trust Corporation. All prior service and accrued years of service for those employees whose employment was transferred at the 1st April 2007 is recognised for the purpose of determining leave entitlements and years of service.

  • Public Employees Retirement System “PERS”) Members.

  • Employment of Custodian The Fund hereby employs and appoints the Custodian as a custodian for the term and subject to the provisions of this Agreement. The Custodian shall not be under any duty or obligation to require the Fund to deliver to it any securities or funds owned by the Fund and shall have no responsibility or liability for or on account of securities or funds not so delivered.   • Compensation; Employment Agreements; Etc Enter into or amend or renew any employment, consulting, severance or similar agreements or arrangements with any director, officer or employee of Metropolitan or its Subsidiaries, or grant any salary or wage increase or increase any employee benefit (including incentive or bonus payments), except (i) for normal individual increases in compensation to employees in the ordinary course of business consistent with past practice, (ii) for other changes that are required by applicable law, and (iii) to satisfy Previously Disclosed contractual obligations existing as of the date hereof.

  • Secondary Employment A. For any employee entitled to disability leave, the employer shall pay the covered employee compensation in accordance with section 10.2 governing disability leave. B. The employer shall pay compensation for the period that the covered employee is entitled to disability leave for a maximum period of eighteen (18) months, except as set forth in 10.2(b) and 10.3(b). C. The employee shall be eligible for compensation for such disability leave if the employee is temporarily disabled from the duties of the public safety employment that gave rise to the injury, regardless or whether the employee engages in secondary employment, provided that: 1. The secondary employment commenced prior to the injury; 2. The duties of the secondary employment are not likely to cause delay or preclude full recovery and return to work as certified by the FROMS physician and such employment is approved by the Fire Chief. Such requests shall not be unreasonably denied.

  • The Unemployment Trust Fund 8.3.1 The State shall use the following method to calculate State interest liabilities on funds withdrawn from the several accounts in the Unemployment Trust Fund: The State shall use the following methodology to calculate State interest liabilities on funds withdrawn from the several accounts in the UTF under the Unemployment Insurance program. Based on statements provided by its financial institution, or other appropriate source, the State shall determine the actual interest earnings and the related banking costs attributable to funds withdrawn from its account in the UTF. At the end of the State's fiscal year, the State shall calculate the percentage of its total unemployment compensation expenditures for (1) funds withdrawn from the State account in the UTF, or the State %, and (2) funds withdrawn from the Federal Employees Compensation Account (FECA) and the Extended Unemployment Compensation Account (EUCA) and any other accounts of Federal funds in the UTF, or the Federal %. The State shall calculate the actual interest earnings and the related banking costs attributable to funds withdrawn from the State account in the UTF by multiplying the State % by the amount of the actual interest earnings and the related banking costs of the account as a whole. The State's liability for interest on funds withdrawn from its account in the UTF shall consist of the actual interest earnings attributable to such funds less the related banking costs attributed to such funds. The State shall determine the average daily cash balance of its unemployment compensation benefit payment account for its fiscal year. The State shall calculate the average daily cash balance of Federal funds by multiplying the Federal % by the average daily cash balance of the benefit payment account on the whole. The State's liability for interest on funds withdrawn from the FECA and EUCA (and any other benefit accounts of Federal funds in the UTF from which the State draws funds) shall be the average daily cash balance of Federal funds multiplied by the annualized rate equal to the average equivalent yields of 13-week Treasury bills auctioned during the State's fiscal year.

  • Related Employers If any member of the Employer's related group (as defined in Section 1.30 of the Plan) executes a Participation Agreement to this Adoption Agreement, such member's Employees are eligible to participate in this Plan, unless excluded by reason of an exclusion classification elected under this Adoption Agreement Section

  • Xxxx Individual Retirement Custodial Account The following constitutes an agreement establishing a Xxxx XXX (under Section 408A of the Internal Revenue Code) between the depositor and the Custodian.

  • Post-Employment Cooperation Executive agrees to fully cooperate with the Employer in the defense or prosecution of any claims or actions now in existence or which may be brought in the future against or on behalf of the Employer which relate to events or occurrences that transpired or which failed to transpire while Executive was employed by the Employer. Executive also agrees to cooperate fully with the Employer in connection with any internal investigation or review, or any investigation or review by any federal, state or local regulatory authority, relating to events or occurrences that transpired or failed to transpire while Executive was employed by the Employer.   • Notification of Subsequent Employer Executive hereby agrees that prior to accepting employment with, or agreeing to provide services to, any other Person during any period during which Executive remains subject to any of the covenants set forth in Section 5, Executive shall provide such prospective employer with written notice of such provisions of this Agreement, with a copy of such notice delivered simultaneously to the Company.

  • Disclosure of Prior State Employment – Consulting Services If this Contract is for consulting services, A. In accordance with Section 2254.033 of the Texas Government Code, a Contractor providing consulting services who has been employed by, or employs an individual who has been employed by, System Agency or another State of Texas agency at any time during the two years preceding the submission of Contractor’s offer to provide services must disclose the following information in its offer to provide services. Contractor hereby certifies that this information was provided and remains true, correct, and complete: 1. Name of individual(s) (Contractor or employee(s)); 2. Status; 3. The nature of the previous employment with HHSC or the other State of Texas agency; 4. The date the employment was terminated and the reason for the termination; and 5. The annual rate of compensation for the employment at the time of its termination. B. If no information was provided in response to Section A above, Contractor certifies that neither Contractor nor any individual employed by Contractor was employed by System Agency or any other State of Texas agency at any time during the two years preceding the submission of Contractor’s offer to provide services.
