Rostelecom has a right. 3.2.1. To control the accuracy of the fulfillment of the Agreement by the Operator on the grounds of the Check-up procedure in accordance with Appendix No. 7. 3.2.2. To decrease the scope of the Operator’s obligations on the fulfillment of the commission under the Agreement, with the corresponding decrease by the Parties of the consideration for the commission and/or service rendered. 3.2.3. To demand from the Operator the transfer of the payments amounts due to Rostelecom for the services rendered on the basis of the indications of the Operator’s communication gear, calculating the volume of the services rendered.
