ROSTERS & ROSTER CHANGES. 27.1 Employees will be provided with a weekly roster, at least 7 days' prior to the commencement of that roster. 27.2 Employees will be given 7 days' notice of any changes to the times at which they will be rostered to work their Ordinary Hours, except in unforeseen circumstances where the roster can be changed with at least 48 hours' notice.β 27.3 Notwithstanding Clause 27.2, roster changes may be made at any time by mutual agreement. 27.4 Employees of the same Job Classification will be permitted to swap shifts provided that approval has been given by the Employer in advance and provided further that the Employees involved in the swap of shifts accept that the Employer will not incur any additional labour costs as a result of the swap.
