Rounding Policy Sample Clauses

A Rounding Policy clause defines how numerical values are rounded within the context of an agreement or transaction. It specifies the method (such as rounding up, down, or to the nearest whole number) and the decimal place or unit to which figures should be rounded, often applying to calculations involving payments, interest, or quantities. By standardizing the approach to rounding, this clause ensures consistency and prevents disputes over minor discrepancies that may arise from differing rounding practices.
