Route Changes. The Board reserves the right to make run and route changes as necessary for increased efficiency, and in the best interest of the students transported. The bus runs change periodically based on various considerations including population growths and shifts, new students and building, new and larger buses, special education programs, and changes in school starting and ending times.
Route Changes a. Holidays - during the following holiday periods outlined below, the Employer may move employees off their respective bids due to significant volume fluctuations:
Route Changes. PHOENIX shall not make any changes to routes funded by TEMPE without first notifying TEMPE of the planned route change(s). PHOENIX shall advise TEMPE of planned route changes as soon as practicable but not less than ninety (90) days prior to the implementation date for the planned route change. PHOENIX shall not be permitted to reallocate funding of TEMPE-funded routes or route portions without TEMPE’s prior approval, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld. TEMPE shall respond to each request for approval within thirty (30) days. If TEMPE fails to respond to a request within thirty (30) days, the request shall be deemed approved. This section shall not apply to minor deviations in routes.
Route Changes. AA shall have the discretion to redeploy Approved Aircraft from time to time given reasonable prior written notice is provided to the Contractor. For the purposes of this Section, reasonable notice shall mean:
Route Changes. 1. Drivers may make one (1) route change in the period of time from July 1 to June 30 through the bidding procedure.

(a) Temporary: Other than the months of November and December period of November 15th through January 15th if a bid area is changed fifty percent (50%) or more, the employee shall have the right to follow the portion in excess of fifty percent (50%) of the delivery stops. Route Changes. The Contractor shall give notice to the affected Customers at the Contractor’s expense.
Route Changes. 9 Route assignments will not be changed during the year, except in the best interests of the District as 10 determined by the Transportation Director. In the event that the Transportation Director determines 11 that an assignment should be changed during the year, he/she will put in writing his/her reasons for the 12 change, and deliver copies to the affected drivers who request such written documentation. In the 13 event such changes are made, seniority as described above, will apply.
