Route Surveys. The parties agree that any driver with a concern about the methodology or the application of route times may ask the Manager for a review of such route. The Company will investigate and if necessary make adjustments to route times. Should no adjustment be made the Company will provide the employee and Union with the details. Nothing in the agreement supersedes the rights of the employee to seek redress through the grievance procedure.
